The "Design Thinking Training" Organized in Partnership with Academy Club and TEB Was Successfully Held at Saklıköy TEB Formation Academy!

As Academy Club, within the scope of our strong corporate training partnership with Türk Ekonomi Bankası, we delivered a specially designed "Design Thinking" training exclusively for TEB employees, held in the unique atmosphere of Saklıköy TEB Formation Academy. This dynamic program, aimed at strengthening participants' innovative problem-solving, user-centered product development, and creative thinking skills, combined theoretical approaches with interactive workshop sessions.

Centered around innovation, empathy, and agile process management, the training program explored the following critical topics and key takeaways in depth:

• Defining the Problem and Empathy: Methodologies for uncovering root causes in complex processes, defining the right problem, and creating user empathy maps.

• Identifying Customer Needs and Experience: Analyzing user expectations, mapping consumer experience touchpoints, and developing solutions focused on genuine customer needs.

• Innovative Product/Service Development: Systematic steps for developing innovative products and services suited to the modern finance world, starting from ideation techniques.

• Prototyping, Testing, and Facilitation: Prototyping techniques that quickly bring ideas to life, processes for optimizing products through user feedback, and facilitation skills that drive team-based innovation.
