The "Automation & UiPath Training" Program, Delivered in Collaboration Between Academy Club and Teleperformance, Was Successfully Completed!

At Academy Club, we have successfully completed the "Automation & UiPath Training" program, specially designed for employees of Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management and business process services. This intensive program, aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and digitizing manual workloads within processes through robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, equipped participants with strong technical competencies.

Throughout the training, in which participants experienced the UiPath ecosystem and automation architectures end to end, the following key topics were covered in depth:

• Fundamentals of Robotic Process Automation (RPA): The working principles of RPA technology, identifying automation opportunities within corporate processes, and digital workforce strategies.

• Workflow Development with UiPath Studio: The UiPath interface, and building end-to-end automation scenarios using variables, data types, loops, and conditional statements.

• Data and Interface Automation: Designing automatic data extraction (data scraping), form filling, and cross-system integration processes on desktop and web applications.

• Exception Handling and Go-Live: Managing exceptions that may occur during process execution, testing robotic workflows, and establishing sustainable automation structures.
