UX/UI Perspective Training for Turkcell Business Analysts

The "UX/UI Perspective Training for Business Analysts" Organized in Partnership with Academy Club and Turkcell Has Been Successfully Completed!

As Academy Club, we have successfully completed the "UX/UI Perspective for Business Analysts" training, specially designed for employees of Turkcell, one of Turkey's leading technology and communication giants. This special program, which aimed to enrich business analysis processes with a user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) vision, enabled analysts to adopt a user-centered approach when defining system requirements.

During this intensive training process, in which participants blended their analytical perspectives with design disciplines, the following critical topics were explored in depth:

• User-Centered Approach in Business Analysis: Integrating the user perspective into requirement analysis processes through user research, empathy maps, and the creation of user personas.

• User Experience (UX) Architecture and Wireframing: Creating user journeys, information architecture, and screen flows; wireframing and prototyping techniques that give concrete form to requirements.

• Interface (UI) Standards and Business-Design Communication: The fundamentals of design systems, usability principles, and strengthening the bridge role that business analysts build with software/design teams.
