It was established in 2017 under the leadership of Dr. \u00d6mer Fatih Sayan, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure,<\/strong> in order to create a pioneering, well-known, reliable and reputable training center that will contribute to our institution, the sector and our country with the<\/strong> scientific, technological and constantly self-renewing training approach of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

BTK Academy aims to transfer the experience of our Agency in the electronic communications sector since 1983 and its regulatory and supervisory role since 2000 to all its stakeholders, and to contribute to increasing the competent human resources needed by the sector through certification trainings.<\/p>\n

The programs carried out within the ICTA Academy are prepared with the cooperation and contributions of our expert internal trainers as well as public institutions and organizations, universities and all other national and international stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation (G\u0130RVAK)<\/strong><\/p>\n

About<\/strong><\/a>
\nThe Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation<\/strong> was founded in 2014 by 25 founders under the leadership of Sina Afra<\/strong> with the aim of spreading the entrepreneurship culture, enabling university youth to discover the entrepreneurial spirit and inspiring them with a long-term mindset.<\/p>\n

The foundation supports young people through its Youth Programs and disseminates the entrepreneurship culture in different segments of society through impact programs that address different areas. The Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation, which currently has a board of 53 trustees, has adopted the giveback culture and believes that what is taken from society should be given back to society. <\/p>\n

Since its establishment, G\u0130RVAK has reached 27 million people and is expanding its sphere of influence day by day with the projects and collaborations it realizes. At the point it has reached today, G\u0130RVAK works to remove the obstacles in front of entrepreneurship in Turkey and to support Turkey’s economic and social development through entrepreneurship. <\/p>\n

Personal Data Protection Authority<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

About<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK)<\/strong> is a public institution in Turkey that is authorized and has a supervisory role in the processing and protection of personal data. KVKK deals with the implementation and supervision of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 dated April 7, 2016. <\/p>\n

The main purpose of the LPPD is to protect the privacy, security and rights of individuals during the processing of their personal data. In this context, the duties of the organization include: <\/p>\n

1-Protecting the Rights of Personal Data Subjects:<\/strong> KVKK secures the rights that individuals have over their personal data. Personal data subjects have the right to know how their data is processed, to request correction or deletion, to learn the persons to whom the data is transferred, and to object to the processing of their data. <\/p>\n

2-Determining the Obligations of Data Controllers:<\/strong> The LPPD regulates the personal data processing activities of data controllers (organizations or persons who process data). Data controllers are obliged to ensure that personal data are processed legally, fairly and transparently. <\/p>\n

3-Consent and Consent Management:<\/strong> The LPPD sets out the processes for obtaining permission or consent for the processing of personal data. Data controllers cannot process data without obtaining the consent of personal data subjects or without a legal basis. <\/p>\n

4-Data Security and Breach Notifications:<\/strong> KVKK requires the necessary measures to be taken to ensure the security of personal data. It also determines the situations where data breaches should be reported and ensures that the authorities are notified in case of breaches. <\/p>\n

5-Supervision and Criminal Sanctions:<\/strong> KVKK audits whether data controllers and data processors comply with their obligations. It imposes criminal sanctions on those who act against the law. <\/p>\n

6-Awareness Raising and Training:<\/strong> KVKK organizes various activities to raise awareness and train individuals and businesses on personal data protection.<\/p>\n

The Personal Data Protection Authority is an important public institution that aims to ensure security and privacy in the digital world by protecting individuals’ personal data. In this way, individuals’ digital rights and freedoms are protected, while at the same time ensuring that organizations that process data act in accordance with the law. <\/p>\n

Deep Learning<\/strong> is one of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) <\/strong>methods and is a technology that teaches how to process data inspired by the human brain.<\/p>\n

Deep learning models can recognize complex patterns in images, text, audio, and other data to produce accurate predictions and forecasts.<\/p>\n

Deep learning methods can be used to automate tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as depicting images or converting an audio file into text.<\/p>\n

The benefits of deep learning include improving automation and analytical tasks, hidden relationships and pattern discovery.<\/p>\n

The application of deep learning can analyze large amounts of data more deeply and uncover new insights it may not have been trained for.<\/p>\n

To become a DL expert, it is necessary to learn the basic principles, applications and advantages of Artificial Intelligence Technology. It is also important to gain experience in deep learning projects. This will give you a better understanding of how deep learning technology works and how it is used. <\/p>\n

Machine Learning with Python<\/strong> is the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms using the Python programming language.<\/p>\n

Python is a popular language choice for machine learning because it is easy to learn, readable and has many libraries that are essential for machine learning.<\/p>\n

Python has also become the dominant language in machine learning and data science. Python is widely used to fit complex models to scattered datasets.<\/p>\n

Machine learning is a scientific field of study in which various techniques are developed to try to make computers learn in a similar way to humans.<\/p>\n

In programming terms, machine learning is just a few lines of code. With this course you will be able to understand the theory, logic, model setup and optimization. The training covers regression and classification models, including tree-based methods, clustering and sparse regression models.<\/p>\n

In addition, modern data science and machine learning concepts and models are discussed with the basics of programming and statistics; it is aimed to gain practicality with applications and examples.<\/p>\n

The advantages of Machine Learning with Python include increased productivity, faster development, and better results.<\/p>\n
