An Ideathon is a brainstorming event where participants develop innovative ideas or solutions. It usually focuses on a specific problem or issue. For companies, ideathons foster creativity, openness to different perspectives and help unlock potential innovations

As Academy Club, we became a training and planning partner in the Seed Drive Program prepared within the scope of the Sprouts’ Miracles Technology and Innovation Project in partnership with TürkTraktör and the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation (GİRVAK). TürkTraktör, Turkey’s first manufacturer in the automotive sector, organized an awareness series and Ideathon with the Entrepreneurship Foundation of Turkey (GİRVAK) and Academy Club to reveal creative ideas in the field of tractors and construction equipment within the scope of the “Miracles of Sprouts Technology and Innovation” project.

Why Should Companies Do Ideathons?

So what do we do as Academy Club?
As Academy Club, we undertake all the coordination processes of Ideathons!
For Ideathon preparation, we organize mindfulness sessions and trainings. UI, UX, Prototype Trainings such as Entrepreneurship & Investor Presentation are inspiring and supportive for the participants of Ideathon. After teaming up, we provide a communication platform where they can communicate, receive support from mentors who are experts in their field for a certain period of time, and submit their questions. Finally, we complete the process by organizing the final event where they present their ideas to the Jury.
