Artificial Intelligence Summit 2024 : The Future of Technology Shaped at BTK Academy!
BTK Academy Artificial Intelligence Summit’24, hosted by BTK Academy and organized in cooperation with Google and Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation, brought together professionals from the sector.
Ömer Fatih Sayan, Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Ömer Abdullah Karagözoğlu, President of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, Mustafa Ermiş, Head of Human Resources and Training Department of ICTA, Tolga Sobacı, Public Policy Director of Google Turkey, Cemre Şirin, Director of Business Development and Innovation Programs of the Entrepreneurship Foundation and many students attended the summit.
“Stating that Turkey has a great potential in the field of artificial intelligence with its young population, openness to innovation and rapidly developing technology infrastructure, Mustafa Ermiş, Head of BTK Human Resources and Training Department, said: ” Together, we must make the best use of this potential and work hard to make our country one of the leading countries in this field. As BTK Academy, we are working to ensure that artificial intelligence and rapidly developing technology are used effectively and ethically in our country, to train competent individuals in this field and to increase our competitiveness in the international arena.”
One of the most striking moments of the summit was the “Artificial Intelligence: Dream or Reality?” panel moderated by our Founder Atıl Samancıoğlu. Talha Kılıç, Prof. Dr. Asım Egemen Yılmaz, Ömer Faruk Çolakoğlu, Kaan Can Yılmaz and Duygu Yücesoy, prominent names in the world of technology, gave new perspectives to the participants by evaluating the future and potential of artificial intelligence.
At the Artificial Intelligence Summit 2024, awards were presented to the successful contestants who ranked in the Datathon and Hackathon competitions we organized at the same time. The participants of the competitions were thanked for their contribution to technology.
