Mobile Security training is a training created to help raise awareness and awareness of employees. They were taught how to take the security of their smartphones in daily life. How to deal with a security vulnerability? What to do if the mobile device is under threat? Participants also learned about Cyber Security in Mobile Development, Java, Kotlin and API Security.

To introduce the phenomenon of cyberspace and the discipline of cyber security
which evolved from information security,
-To reveal the types and basic motives of “hackers”/”cyber hackers” – referred to as “hackers” – the counterparty to Cyber Security,

Turkish Metal Industries Union (MESS)
The Turkish Metal Industrialists’ Union (MESS) is a trade union representing employers in the metal industry in Turkey. Founded in 1951, MESS is one of the largest and most influential employers’ organizations in the metal industry in Turkey. The union aims to defend and develop the interests of the sector by bringing together metal industry employers operating in various sub-sectors.
The main tasks of MESS are as follows:
1-Employer Representation: MESS represents employers in the metal industry sector. Its duties include protecting the common interests of member employers, communicating the demands and expectations of the sector to the public and ensuring communication with relevant institutions.
2-Collective Labor Agreements: MESS negotiates collective labor agreements with labor unions. It manages negotiations in order to reach agreement on issues such as workers’ rights, working conditions, wages and social rights.
3-Occupational Health and Safety: The union organizes various activities to raise awareness of its members on occupational health and safety, to supervise and improve practices.
4-Training and Development: MESS organizes various training programs and events in order to support the training of sector employees. It aims to meet the sector’s need for qualified labor force by following technological developments.
5-Industrial Cooperation: MESS encourages cooperation and solidarity in the metal industry. It organizes technology transfer between members, cooperation projects and activities to increase the competitiveness of the sector.
MESS represents the voice of employers in the metal industry, one of Turkey’s most important economic sectors, and aims to contribute to the development of the sector.

Cybersecurity encompasses many different concepts, from information security to operational security to the security of computer systems. Cyber security is the practice of protecting computers, servers, mobile devices, electronic systems, networks and data from malicious attacks.
This course introduces the basic concepts and aspects of the Cyber Security discipline and presents in detail the current and future perspectives of hackers and the cyber attacks they cause. In addition to these fundamentals, this course also explains more clearly and comprehensively the defense-in-depth approach and theCyber Kill Chain pattern, as well as how attackers conduct cyber attacks and build defenses against them.
Cyber Security Training is a basic security course, but it still requires participants to have certain knowledge such as TCP/IP, networking, and sufficient Linux knowledge before attending the course.
