Turkcell | Future Writers Front End Bootcamp
As Academy Club, we partnered with Turkcell Future Writers Front End Bootcamp with our expert trainers and curriculum. Html, Css, Scss, Javascript, React and Next.js trainings were given to the team with basic front end knowledge and about to graduate. During the bootcamp process, all topics were supported with projects, assignments and activities. Those who successfully completed the bootcamp process were offered employment opportunities in Turkcell group companies.
What is Turkcell Future Writers?
Turkcell Future Writers, Turkey’s largest software community, has been educating and empowering Turkey with free software, training, development and earning opportunities since 2013. Entrepreneurship and Employment Programs
There are many programs that the Future Writers platform has implemented in order to bring Turkey to the place it deserves in the field of software and to grow/develop the software ecosystem:
Investing in Young People Software for the Future:
The ‘Investing in Youth, Software for the Future’ program, which was launched in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education in order to increase Turkey’s diversity in technological competencies and qualified software developer workforce, aims to prepare young people for the software world, provide them with high competencies in coding and provide them with career opportunities in this field.
Women Writing the Future:
Launched in 2017 in cooperation with TOBB, the Women Writing the Future Project aims to train women in software and increase their employment capacity and entrepreneurship in this field. In 2022, the project was realized with the theme “Climate Idea Marathon”. In the competition, which was designed both to support women’s work in the field of technology and to ensure that this support turns into social benefit, women who know technology and are interested in technology made a difference with the technological solutions they developed for Climate Change.
Superwomen of Cybersecurity:
The Superwomen of Cyber Security program aims to raise social awareness about the transformation in the IT sector and the security issues brought about by the developments in technology and to develop women in this field.
