As Academy Club, we became a training and planning partner in the Seed Drive Program prepared within the scope of the Sprouts’ Miracles Technology and Innovation Project in partnership with TürkTraktör and the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation (GİRVAK).
TürkTraktör, Turkey’s first manufacturer in the automotive sector, organized an awareness series and Ideathon with the Entrepreneurship Foundation of Turkey (GİRVAK) and Academy Club to reveal creative ideas in the field of tractors and construction equipment within the scope of the “Miracles of Sprouts Technology and Innovation” project.
Within the scope of the program, where students of STEM-A (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Arts) departments of universities or those who graduated from these departments at most 2 years ago can apply, participants were provided with mentoring support to develop their business models as well as special trainings. Aiming to find young people with ideas that will transform agriculture and cities, the program, which took place on December 13-24 , includedentrepreneurship and investor presentation training, training on agricultural and construction machinery s Awareness and information trainings on sustainability in their sectors, introduction to UI/UX and Prototype Trainings were given to the participants with our expert trainer staff. After the trainings, the participants came up with an innovative and innovative application or game ideas for tractors and construction equipment with the Ideathon, which lasted for 3 days, and appeared before the jury.

Miracles of the Sprouts
About
The “Miracles of Sprouts” project was launched in 2016 to draw attention to the important role of women in Turkey’s sustainable development process. Various activities were carried out within the scope of the project, which covers three different topics: education, employment and agricultural production, and was implemented under the leadership of TürkTraktör in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, NGOs and universities.
Within the scope of the training, 100 female students studying in departments of high schools such as machinery, motor vehicles, electrical/electronics and agricultural technology were provided with educational scholarships. 400 students were offered internship opportunities, while more than 6,200 female students in 6 provinces were provided with awareness training on their career journeys.

Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation (GİRVAK)
About
The Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation was founded in 2014 by 25 founders under the leadership of Sina Afra with the aim of spreading the entrepreneurship culture, enabling university youth to discover the entrepreneurial spirit and inspiring them with a long-term mindset.
The foundation supports young people through its Youth Programs and disseminates the entrepreneurship culture in different segments of society through impact programs that address different areas. The Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation, which currently has a board of 53 trustees, has adopted the giveback culture and believes that what is taken from society should be given back to society.
Since its establishment, GİRVAK has reached 27 million people and is expanding its sphere of influence day by day with the projects and collaborations it realizes. At the point it has reached today, GİRVAK works to remove the obstacles in front of entrepreneurship in Turkey and to support Turkey’s economic and social development through entrepreneurship.
