Mindfulness- Mindfulness studies are aimed at closing the excess windows, taking a break and restarting the system, just like a computer program, when our brain is overloaded with intense thoughts and emotions.

Who is Ferda Alakuş?

In 1996, she graduated from Marmara University Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling. After her undergraduate education, she worked as a Psychological Counselor in various schools. She has been working as a Psychological Counselor in a private educational institution since September 2015.

Dynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Therapy, Short Term Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR I and EMDR II for reducing trauma and disturbing thoughts. psychotherapy trainings.

Later, she met Mindfulness and completed the Trainer Training Level 1 with the UK-accredited Mindful Academy in Spain and received the Accredited Foundation MBSR TTR1 certification and the UK MISP 11/18 Age Mindfulness training and accreditation. In particular, she continues to specialize in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction(MBSR) program and still takes care to follow the Right Practice Principles applied by Mindfulness trainers in the UK in this direction.

It conducts seminars, workshops, trainings, projects and studies for families, adults, institutions, students and teachers.

She is a member of Turkish Psychological Counseling Association and EMDR Association.
